BENETTI AND SIRINA MARINE SIGN NEW PARTNERSHIP

During the Beirut Boat Show 2018 – hold from 9th to 13th May – Benetti and Sirina Marine announced the beginning of their partnership in order to promote the brand Benetti in Jordan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iraq and Lebanon.

Benetti General Manager Christos Ramnialis says: “This partnership reflects the importance of Middle East and North Africa Area (MENA) in Benetti’s future strategies. We keep investing in the Region with best talents on-ground and resources to solidify our leading position.”

With this agreement Benetti adds another important milestone to its International network that is already present with direct offices in Fort Lauderdale, Dubai, Hong Kong and London. Sirina Marine will be working closely with the Middle East Office of Benetti based in Dubai to reach out to the new markets and cater for the interests of its experienced and knowledgeable clientele.

With regards to the new agreement Mr Nabil El Jammal, Middle East Area Manager of Benetti, states: “We are very proud to work with Sirina Marine. It was essential for us to associate with a strategic and respected partner. We are confident this partnership will help consolidate our regional leading position, capitalizing on their experience, passion and extensive market knowledge”.

The personal identification data provided by you in connection with this registration will be processed for your registration to the Benetti Yachtmaster.
Legal basis for processing: contractual fulfilment and statutory obligations.
The personal identification data provided by you in connection with this registration will be also processed for the purposes of sending by Azimut Benetti s.p.a.– also by email - informational, promotional and commercial material or newsletter and other useful initiatives aimed to maintain the commercial relationship.
Legal basis for processing: legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Recital 47 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
C) The personal identification data provided by you in connection with this registration (in particular, name, surname and email address) will be also disclose to the sponsors of the Benetti Yachtsmaster in order to enable them to send you -by email- informational, promotional and commercial material.
Legal basis for processing: Data Subject’s consent.
PROCESSING METHOD
The abovementioned data will be processed lawfully and fairly and in compliance with the security obligations prescribed by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Data will be processed both manually and electronically and only in relation to the purpose as mentioned above and in order to guarantee their security and confidentiality.
The abovementioned data will be kept for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which such data are collected and processed or until the consent’s withdraw.
DATA PROVISION
With reference to the purposes set forth into point A), the provision of data is mandatory since it is indispensable for the abovementioned purposes. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible your registration to Benetti Yachtmaster.
With reference to the purpose set forth into point B), the provision of data is voluntary. Your refusal to provide data will result in it being impossible to carry out the purposes set forth therein.
With reference to the purpose set forth into point C), the provision of data is voluntary. Your refusal to provide data will result in it being impossible to disclose your personal identification data to the sponsors of the Benetti Yachtsmaster.

The personal data may be disclosed to third party having the right to access by law or by regulation.
For the abovementioned purposes, the personal data may be disclosed to the sponsors of the Benetti Yachtmaster

The abovementioned data will be stored into server located into UE.

Azimut Benetti s.p.a. does not use any automated decision-making, including profiling, as per Article 22(1) and (4) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
